B.E.S. Technology, Inc. provides tier 1, 2, and 3 tech support, hardware and software baselining and support, IT systems maintenance and information assurance, and project-based migration and modernization support to our commercial partners.
- B.E.S. Technology, Inc. provides help desk support to commercial partners. This includes tier 1, 2, and 3 as needed, to augment existing help desks and provide the entire help desk.
- We provide IT system maintenance and support to include ordering of new systems, configuration and deployment, inventory of IT assets, both completely for partners, or in part for special projects and initiatives.
- We provide support or full-service migrations and modernization to cloud and hybrid environments, virtual systems, backup, disaster recovery and fail-over planning, testing, and implementation.
- We provide IT security services to include antivirus configuration, firewall and VPN configuration and support, operating system and application patching support, remote access configurations, and log analysis and problem remediation.
