Training and Development

  • $5,000 annual budget towards training and education per year ~ May also be used to cover the cost of your time to attend training

Personal Time

  • 11 Federal Holidays (88 hours) ~ BES is officially closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
