Operations Manager
Muffy has been serving as B.E.S. Technology’s Operations Manager since July 2015. A true “Jane of All Trades,” her responsibilities include recruiting and on-boarding of new hires, benefits administration, contract administration, invoicing, payroll, proposal support, and anything else that may come up on any given day. Additionally, she is heavily involved in the development of B.E.S. Technology’s StoHR web application product. With all these duties, her favorite part of her job has always been taking care of the employees, both present and future.
Prior to joining B.E.S., Muffy supported the growth and operations management of other small businesses in the technical community. She holds her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Louisiana State University and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
